Mr Prendergast, newly elected Chair of the Verdon College Board of Trustees, welcomed new members to the Induction Meeting held last evening. Mr Telfer, Mrs Gourley and Mr Townley are all experienced BOT members with a broad skills set. Mr Prendergast commented that with the continuity provided by the Proprietor's Representatives, the new Board is a strong and experienced unit ready for the challenges that lay ahead. The meeting also elected Chairs for the BOT Committees: Mr Tim Ward - Finance, Mr Fergus More - Discipline and Mrs Maria Thurlow - Audit.
