Polyfest

Images from the recent Polyfest event that was held last week on Thursday and Friday in Invercargill. The Verdonesions performed on the Thursday morning. We are very proud of their efforts. Well done.

Defensive Driving Course

DriveSafe Southland are facilitating the following course at SIT - The course is about driving safely (8 hours theory plus 1 hour drive) and students can gain time reduction on their restricted car/motorcycle licence plus NZQA unit standards at no extra cost. Dates are as follows:

Monday 30 August 6 p.m. - 8.15 p.m.; Wednesday 1 September 6 p.m. - 8.15 p.m.; Monday 6 September 6 p.m. - 8.15 p.m.; Wednesday 8 September 6 p.m. - 8.15 p.m.

Plus a 1 hour car assessment for students in the students own vehicle. NZQA unit standards assessment at conclusion of course.
